The Social network

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZHkYEC-UfTo

Social media is apparent in everyones life, and we all remember Tom from Myspace, yet I've never known much about the invention of Facebook.  Hopefully, this movie starring Jesse
Eisenberg
, Rooney Mara, and Bryan  Barter will be a success.  The actors are hilarious and the trailer seems to show all good examples of what we see on facebook daily. Taking the entire social experience and putting it on the internet.  Did we ever think that our lives would revolve around the media tools such as FACEBOOK? I certainly did not.  I remember I was against facebook when it first came out, and when then a friend made me a site, and I was hooked, just like that.

  1. I truly believe facebook is an addiction and I am so happy that I can survive without it for a couple of days unlike some of my friends! I like the concept but I wish it was still only available for college kids who can only sign in with their current student email. I feel like it has just become too crazy with bosses, parents, and grandparents taking over the website. It might just be me, but I wish it was back to the way it once was!

  2. Every time I see the trailer for this movie I can't wait to go see it. I wasn't aware there was such a crazy story around Facebook, I think it'll be so interesting to see everything about the social networking site in movie form. I think it'll really serve as a documentary of sorts for our generation and how deeply involved we are with social media- I can't wait to see the spin the film puts on it.

  3. I remember when Facebook first came out, but I thought it was another myspace which was really sketchy. I would go on Facebook every month or so not to much. Now I can't go a day without going on, because it's usually when I am bored. I even recieve notifications to my blackberry. I have deactivated it a couple of times and the longest I've gone was about three weeks, it's sooo sad!
